I have a great starter for brunch or dinner or just to have when your craving something, using my mango chutney. Here is what you need.

  1. ciabatta bread slice about 1/4 inch thick spread out on a baking sheet. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on slice ciabatta then toast to a nice light brown in oven. When done just let cool
  2. Next, you will need Brie cheese from your local grocery slice thin, a good cheese knife works best. Important Brie has a rind that is part of the cheese and can be eaten it’s good. Place Brie on the ciabatta bruschetta you toasted earlier.
  3. Next get that delicious mango chutney I know you made (wink). Top the brie on top of the bruschetta then..
  4. When you were at that store you should pick up some Prochiuto ham slice thin from the deli. Then top the chutney that tops the brie that tops the bruschetta. Now..
  5. Eat one go ahead eat it,  then maybe share it with some friends with a good glass of Pinot Grigio wine

This sounds amazing! Great recipe idea. I work with Alouette cheese and our brie wedge would go wonderful with this. This gets a digg and a tweet from me! Thanks!
